Heng Huang, Founder and CEO of HOT (Chengdu) Industries Co Ltd, is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (FAusIMM); in addition, he is also the graduate tutor of mineral process engineering at China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing). Heng is a seasoned mineral processing engineer with nearly 20 years of experience in mining and mineral processing. He has experience across Australia, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Congo, Mexico, Mongolia, Indonesia, and China in strategic leadership through corporate and operational roles.

Mr. Zhang has nearly 20 years of experience in the design, delivery, and equipment research and development of domestic and foreign mining projects. He pioneered and successfully developed three-dimensional design theories and methods for mining projects in China. Leading the R&D team successfully developed key equipment such as XRT intelligent sensor photoelectric sorting machine, intelligent low-profile LHD, and slurry solid-liquid separator.

Deyong Wu, Co-Founder and Chief AI Algorithm Engineer of HOT (Chengdu) Industries Co Ltd, Deyong has nearly 20 years of experience in data analytics, software architecture, and artificial intelligence algorithm programming. He has successfully developed vital technologies such as intelligent algorithms applied for Sensor-based XRT Ore Sorting, Predictive Maintenance (AI Machine Health), and an X-Ray Ash-Moisture Analyzer. In addition, Deyong won the champion in the national college student mathematical modeling competition (as first author) during his university years.

Mr Chen had 10 years experience in venture capital industry and 3 years experience in machinery manufacturing industry. He is familiar with project evaluation, transaction structure design, Project M & A, enterprise restructuring and post investment management of early and medium-sized technology start-ups. He has rich experience in fund raising, investment management and withdrawal.
Successful cases includes TMT, energy saving and environmental protection, advanced manufacturing, industrial Internet of Things and health care industries. He is responsible for and leads more than 20 investment projects, with a total investment amount of more than 500 million yuan.

Responsible for the overall budget of the Group, and established and promoted a comprehensive budget management system within the Group and subsidiaries, including but not limited of Honghua Group's funds, budget, project declaration.
Participated in the establishment of the financial accounting system in Haiyang corporate, and responsible for the comprehensive financial accounting of its construction period.

Mr. Zhou, Senior Mineral Processing Engineer, holds a master's degree in engineering. He graduated from Beijing University of Science and Technology as a graduate student and graduated from Central South University as a undergraduate. With over 30 years of technical service and sales management experience in nonferrous metal mines and ferrous metal mines. His service footprint covers over 40 major mining countries and regions worldwide. Before joining HOT, he served as a senior manager in mineral processing equipment companies such as Nanchang Mineral Systems Co., Ltd.(NMS), Derrick, and Renault, and has strong influence in the China, Middle East Area, Africa, and Southeast Asian markets.

Mr. Yao has more than 40 years of open-pit mining work experience. Graduated from China University of Mining & Technology (CUMT), Mr. Yao has worked in mining industry for decades. He was involved in most of Chinese open-pit coal mines feasibility study, overall panning and construction, for example, Yuanbaoshan open-pit coal mine, TIGYIT open-pit mine, and Shengli Mine Region Etc.
Mr. Yao knew well about open-pit coal mines design, construction and production management, as well as Chinese open-pit coal mines mining technology current situation and development trend.
