Advancing Globalization: Expanding Mining Frontiers Across Four Countries in One Day

Recently, HOT (Chengdu) Industries Co., Ltd. marked a milestone in its globalization journey — advancing business simultaneously in Mongolia, Zimbabwe, Indonesia, and Kazakhstan within a single day. This achievement signifies a critical step forward in the company's strategic transformation from "business expansion abroad" to "localized deep engagement." By establishing local entities in key countries, HOT is positioned to deliver closer technical services and cooperative support to mining clients worldwide.

Mongolia: Gold Processing Plant Commissioning with Rapid Local Response

As a priority service region where HOT has already established a local subsidiary, Mongolia has seen steady progress on a flagship gold project. The company’s technical team successfully completed the on-site commissioning of a tailings filter press system, a key milestone for this project.

The project, one of Mongolia's core mining developments, hosts an estimated 65 tons of gold reserves with an average ore grade of 3–4 g/t Au. Delivered under HOT's EPS model (Engineering, Procurement, and Services), the project covered the full cycle — from equipment supply to on-site commissioning — ensuring compliant and reliable execution.

Leveraging the advantages of its local subsidiary, HOT implemented safety training, standardized operations, system tuning, and parameter calibration. The system ultimately achieved stable, full-process operation with all indicators meeting design standards. The project not only validates HOT's technical service capabilities but also provides strong evidence for the effectiveness of the "local entity + professional expertise" model in global mining markets.

Zimbabwe: On-Site Surveys of Three Major Gold Mines to Align Local Needs

In Zimbabwe, HOT's local team conducted field surveys at three large-scale gold mines. The team visited underground mining sites and processing workshops, collecting comprehensive production parameters, equipment performance data, and technology upgrade requirements.

By combining technical assessments with in-depth understanding of local mining regulations and operational practices, HOT was able to increase survey precision and reduce the risks of misaligned expectations in cross-border cooperation. This approach highlights the unique value of localized services, ensuring tailored solutions that address real market needs.

Indonesia: Partnerships with 60 Gold Mines and 1 Bauxite Mine, Delivering End-to-End Services

In Indonesia, our technical team engaged clients in focused discussions addressing critical operational challenges. Key topics included:

1. Guidance on tailings treatment and environmental compliance

2. Solutions to enhance mineral processing efficiency

3. Best practices for equipment operation and maintenance

Considering the tropical climate and its impact on equipment durability, HOT provided customized recommendations. Through its end-to-end service chain — early-stage demand alignment, mid-stage technical delivery, and long-term O&M support — HOT demonstrated its capability to meet diverse client needs across multiple minerals. This foundation paves the way for long-term collaboration in the Indonesian market.

Kazakhstan: Strengthening Market Engagement and Establishing a Central Asian Hub

In Kazakhstan, business advancement took the form of cross-regional collaboration. Representatives of local mining enterprises visited HOT's Chengdu headquarters for in-depth exchanges on technical service cooperation.

Discussions focused on the application of smart mining technologies, with the Kazakh side presenting local mining needs and policy priorities, while HOT showcased its expertise in tailings management and gold refining process optimization. This exchange created a solid bridge for future partnerships. Going forward, HOT will adopt a model of "headquarters technical support + local coordination" to ensure effective service delivery in Kazakhstan and the wider Central Asian market.

A Strategic Leap in Globalization

The simultaneous advancement across four countries marks a critical leap in HOT's globalization — evolving from "single-market expansion" to a "multi-region integrated layout." From technical commissioning in Mongolia, to on-site surveys in Zimbabwe, to diversified cooperation in Indonesia, and strategic positioning in Kazakhstan, the four initiatives form a synergistic mining business matrix spanning Asia and Africa.

This breakthrough will not only strengthen HOT's influence in the global mining industry but also generate valuable cross-regional operational experience, serving as a blueprint for future international expansion.

Looking ahead, HOT will continue to pursue globalization with precise localization strategies, professional technical services, and an open approach to cooperation — writing new chapters in its international development journey.
